The wifi never works and the staff is condecending and rude. Things are not planned out well. For example, during the weekend when students were moving back in, they did not extend the front office hours when multiple people needed help with issues.

The cleaning staff does a great job. The apartment overall is pretty decent at move-in, apartment was originally left pretty dirty and had to be cleaned.

Good place to live. It’s always warm, and it’s much cleaner now. I’ve had a positive experience here and feel comfortable in the apartment. .

Only thing that needs work is the wifi. Also, the pool needs to get working again. Everything else is great, like the gym, printer, and study rooms.

The location couldn't be any better and the pool/hot tub will be such a bonus that most students don't have.
